The owner of the Pearl Palace Hotel entertained our group at his home our first day in Jaipur. On our last day, he invited us to tour his new heritage hotel, which was still under construction. These show some of the beautiful tile work and hand-painted wall decorations.
I found it fascinating that such workmanship still existed. In these days it seems we usually must go to some ancient building to find this type of work.
